On the way home from my parents' house, I slipped on some cobbles and landed very hard on my left knee. I limped home, had a shower and went looking for something to soothe the ever growing bruise. I knew the gel was effective as I'd been using it on my bad shoulder, so I applied it to my damaged knee. I could barely walk on it by Sunday evening, but kept applying the gel at regular intervals. On Monday morning, I got out of bed, pain-free - just a little tender to the touch but no swelling and very little discolouration.
